HEALTH GUARANTEE
ONE YEAR
|
We guarantee that every puppy is healthy when it leaves here. If you take your puppy to the vet within 72 hours after you
pick up the puppy, and the vet finds an unforeseen congenital abnormality, we will allow you to pick out a different
puppy, as available. Our puppies & adult dogs have not been exposed to infectious diseases here. If your puppy is
exposed to an infectious disease after it leaves here, this is not covered under the limited health guarantee. Please pay
particular attention to this if you have recently lost a dog or puppy! Infectious diseases are not covered by our health
guarantee, as we have no control over what the puppy is exposed to after it leaves our home. We also cannot guarantee
that your puppy will never develop any health problems, just like a pediatrician cannot guarantee that a child will never
develop any health problems in the future. Some things are not able to predict. Our parents are free of diseases,
disorders, and health problems, or we would not breed them. That means the puppies are less likely to develop
problems.
However, we can't guarantee that puppies will never develop a problem.
Please be aware that vaccinations sometimes fail for various reasons, and a dog does not develop full immunity to some
diseases until they are a full year old and have had all their puppy shots, including a booster at the age of 1 year. If you
are not willing or able to make sure that your puppy gets ALL of his/her scheduled vaccines and boosters, please do not
purchase a puppy. The ideal method of guarding your new puppy against illnesses is to keep it away from other puppies
less than a year old, older dogs who have not had vaccines, any dog who is ill, and places where other dogs have been
doing their business or other dogs have been ill until your puppy is at least a year old and has his/her final booster. This
isn't practical or possible, in many cases.
Keep your puppy healthy and safe! Do not let it around other dogs, shoes, veterinary floors, grass areas or anywhere he
may come into contact with a disease until all puppy vaccinations are completed! Do not let your puppy on high places
where puppy may fall and become injured. Do not give foods that may cause choking. Keep dangerous items out of your
puppy’s reach that can cause injury or death. After the puppy leaves the breeders home, the buyer is responsible for the
care and well being of the puppy.
Replacement: If puppy was shipped, the buyer needs to make arrangements to have the puppy shipped back to the
breeder (at buyers cost) within 48 hours from the date of diagnosis with the requested information and all the puppies’
original paperwork that was sent with puppy. The breeder will then take the puppy to the Veterinarian (breeders choice)
and if the same unforeseen congenital abnormality is confirmed or death occurs as a result of an unforeseen congenital
abnormality, a replacement puppy will be given with the same value when one becomes available for up to one year from
the date of puppies birth. Replacement is the only option, we do not give cash refunds. If it's found that the puppy does
not have an unforeseen congenital abnormality, the buyer may take the puppy back and pay all related shipping costs. If
the buyer declines to take the puppy back no replacement puppy will be given and no refund will be given. AFTER THE 72
HOUR LIMITED HEALTH GUARANTEE EXPIRES AS STATED BELOW THIS SALE IS FINAL!
ALL OF OUR PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS "COMPANION PETS ONLY" We do not guarantee the color, size, breeding or show
quality of the PUPPY or a change of heart about the purchase or a dislike in the puppy. Nor does it cover hypoglycemia,
broken bones, patellas or small open fontanel (common in toy breeds), undescended testicles, bite, or any condition that
is treatable and not life threatening. Please be aware that this guarantee is the same for breeder or pet home, we make
no exceptions! Please keep in mind that if you change your mind for any reason about the purchase of the puppy at any
time, you will not receive a replacement puppy or a refund. We only want permanent loving homes for our puppies!
